There was a total of 3/4" in the rain gauge from the past 24 hours and that is keeping the NC up and muddy! Unfortunately, most of the local streams will be in similar shape. The smaller streams are going to clear up first but it is going to take some time for them to run off too. More rain on the way tomorrow!
